Gbenga Adekoya, Managing Partner, is a seasoned engineering executive with 25+ years of experience driving construction projects from design to delivery. Holding bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering, he combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership. A Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD), PMP, and LEED AP (BD+C), Gbenga champions sustainable practices and disciplined execution. A member of ASPE and former PMI Maine Chapter Director of Professional Development, he advocates for industry growth and continuous learning. As an adjunct professor in a Master’s Project Management program, he bridges academia and industry to shape future project leaders. His leadership drives the firm’s mission to deliver high-impact solutions—independently or collaboratively—across engineering, construction, education, and consulting.
